Med Ball Push Press

Use same ball throughout. Can sub with dumbbells.

Plank Shoulder taps
Plank Knee to Elbow taps, alt
Plank Knee to Elbow cross under taps, alt
Plank Side Toe taps, alt
Plank Hip Dips, alt
Cooldown: Roll and stretch
