10 Slider Knee tucks
20 Wall balls
20 Slider Knee tucks
30 Wall balls
30 Slider Knee tucks
40 Wall balls
40 Slider Knee tucks….etc….keep adding 10 reps of each until you get to 20 mins
Cooldown: 50 back extensions, Roll out and stretch
