Sorry, but I have to cancel the weekend classes. We’ve divided and are conquering our kids big sporting events this weekend. Got one at Rock Climbing National competition and the other at NCA Cheerleading Competition.

Warmup: ROM drills
30 Min run for distance. Try to cover 3 miles minimum.
*Practice intervals if you’d like. Sprint, easy pace run and or walk. Pick timing intervals like 1 min Sprint to 2-3 mins easy run/walk.
Cooldown: Stretch, focusing on calves, ankles, feet
