Congrats to all the Whole Life Challenge Participants, you made it to the finish! Now it’s time for the Post-Test. We’re going to repeat the same workout we did at the beginning. Also remember to take your Post-game measurements and pictures…let’s see the results of your dedication!
Warmup: ROM drills, 4oom run, 10 burpee broad jumps
WOD:
Complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 11 minutes of:
800m Run (1/2 mile) (or 1,000m Row); followed by
75 Squats; followed by
50 Sit Ups; followed by
25 Push Ups; followed by
as many Burpees as possible in time remaining.
Count ALL reps completed in under 11 minutes
(squats + sit ups + push ups + burpees) as your
score.
Rest 5 mins then:
15 min AMRAP of
5 OH Squats (95/65#)
10 TTB
200m Run
Cooldown: Roll and stretch; focus on shoulders; IT bands and calves
