10 jump squats
20 lunges (each leg is 1)
Partner does shuttle runs until round is completed.
Partner 1 does bar work, partner 2 does shuttle runs until P1 is finished.
For the 50m shuttle run: a cone will mark your starting point and 50m mark. Sprint from the starting cone to the first black line and back, second black line and back, and so on.
Both partners will do 10 rounds.
Cooldown: Roll out and stretch
