Bo Yates makes exercise FUN! She has a passion for encouraging people to become the healthiest versions of themselves through exercise and nutrition.
Her love for training people began over 20 years ago through yoga. In 2011, she began personal training and drank the CrossFit kool-aid, earning her L1, Movement and Mobility, Olympic Lifts, Rowing and Endurance certifications.
Also in 2011, she and her husband built Infinite Fitness, an intimate functional training gym, in their garage. Bo has successfully trained athletes of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels there ever since.
Over the past several years, Bo and a few of her athletes added Endurance sports into the mix, completing countless 5 – 15k’s, many Half and Full Marathons, even an Ultra! Running progressed to Triathlon’s and they have earned several Half and Full Ironman Finisher medals.
She now runs with Frisco Running Club and assists with their strength program, helping runners overcome typical runner ailments through strength and recovery techniques.
Bo believes that there’s only so much you can do in the gym and that a healthy body begins on the inside, so she is constantly learning about nutrition and recovery.
She loves sharing her knowledge with her athletes!
