Warmup: ROM, dynamic stretches,
15 air squats
200 m run

WOD:
2 rounds of
“Squat a Ton and Run”

Back Squat as many reps as needed for your BS weight to total 2000#
Then
Run 800 m

Cooldown: Ab station if there is time, then roll out and stretch
