Warmup: ROM Drills, dynamic stretches, 800m run, 25 sit ups, 5 dips

WOD: 3 Rounds for time of:

500m Row
15 TTB (modification – hanging leg raises)
400m Run
10 Ring dips (modification: use box)

Cool down: 50 4-ct flutter kicks, 50 super mans, roll out and stretch
