Strength: Strict Press

WU – 5/5/3 @ 40/50/60% 1 RM

Work – 5/5/5+ @ 65/75/85% 1RM

WOD:  EMOM for 15 mins

5 Front Squats

10 Weighted Sit ups

Cooldown: 50 Supermans, Pigeon Stretch, Roll out
