Warmup: ROM, dynamic stretches, 30 Jumping jacks. 30 high knees, 10 Inchworms, 5 lunge + twist, 5 leg swings
WOD: KB or DB workout, AHAP.
Do all 5 reps on one side, then the other, and work your way down the ladder.
Don’t put the weight down until both sides are finished.
