Strength:  Bench Press

Warmup: 5/5/3 @ 40/50/60%

Work: 5/5/5+ @ 65/75/85% 1RM

WOD:  10 Min AMRAP

10 Deadlift (50% 1RM)

10 Box Jumps

250m Row

Rest 10 Mins

Repeat the 10 min AMRAP
