Bo Yates makes exercise FUN! She has a passion for encouraging people to become the healthiest versions of themselves through exercise and nutrition.
Her love for training people began over 10 years ago through yoga. Over the years she has taught hundreds of yoga classes, including working with rock climbing teams, private yoga sessions, and small classes around the Dallas Metroplex. She continues to make yoga a daily practice.
Bo earned her Personal Training Certificate from the renowned Cooper Institute in 2011, and also completed the CrossFit Level 1 training the same year. Also in 2011, she and her husband built Infinite Fitness, an intimate functional training gym, in their garage. Bo has successfully trained athletes of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels there ever since. Many have not left since they started!
Other training certificates she’s earned include CrossFit’s Movement and Mobility, Olympic Lifts, Rowing and Endurance training.
She believes that there’s only so much you can do in the gym and that a healthy body begins on the inside, so she is constantly learning about nutrition and shares her knowledge with her athletes.
