20-inch box jumps (Step ups)

Pull-ups (Pike Pushups)
rest 1 minute
Inverted burpees
rest 1 minute
Wall-balls (DB Thrusters)
rest 1 minute
Burpees
rest 1 minute
Double-unders (Tuck jumps)
Rest 2 minutes and repeat.
Cooldown: roll out and stretch
