My mom was diagnosed with MS in her early 30’s…this is for you Mom.

Warmup: ROM drills, 10 dislocates with PVC, 10 push ups, 200m run
WOD: For time
350 burpees
Reps can be divided amongst teammates.
Cooldown: Roll out shoulders, stretch hip flexors, hamstrings and quads
