Warmup:  ROM drills, 1 min jumping jacks, 30 sec squat hold, 10 squats, 10 pushups

WOD:

 

1 Minute of Jump rope (practice or do Double unders)
1 Minute of Sumo Deadlift High pull with heavy KB (SDHP)
10 leg levers
10 burpees
Rest 1 min, then
2 min of Jump rope
2 min SDHP
15 leg levers
15 burpees
Rest 2 mins, then
3 min of JR
3 min of SDHP
20 leg levers
20 burpees
Rest 3 mins, then
4 min of JR
4 min of SDHP
25 leg levers
25 burpees
Cooldown:  Updog/downdog x 4, mobilize shoulders, roll out legs
