Warmup: ROM, dynamic stretches, 30 second handstand hold, 20 squats, 10 pull-ups

WOD: “Mary”

20 Min AMRAP

5 Handstand Pushups
10 Single Leg Squats, alternating
15 Pullups

Cooldown: 15 eagle sit ups, each side. Roll out and stretch
