Sat.5.4.19

Warmup:  ROM, Dynamic stretches: 15 banded pull pass-thru’s, 15 banded pull-aparts, 10 Good morning + squat, 5/s lunge + twist, 5 inchworms

WOD:  Duck, duck, goose – Infinite Fitness style!

As a group, one person will run a 400.  Everyone else will cycle through the list of core exercises and complete As Many Reps As Possible until the runner returns.  The runner will tag someone to run next.  Everyone will run twice.

Ab Mat Sit ups

Plank

Flutter Kicks

Right Side Plank

Mayson Twist

Left Side Plank

Deck Squats

Toe Touches

Cooldown:  5 x Up dog/Down dog, hold each for 30 seconds, 2:00/side hip opener stretches, roll out
