3 Rounds
10 Good Morning + Squat
5 lunge with twist, ea side
5 rotation and extension, ea side
5 roll and reach
Then:
3 Rounds
5 Burpees
10 Banded Good Mornings
5 Inchworms with Pushup
10 Banded Passthroughs
Then:
Couch stretch, 2 min each side
Roll out glutes with lacrosse ball, 2 min each side
