Warmup: ROM drills, dynamic stretches, 1 min high knees, 1 min butt kicks, 400m run stop and do 15 burpees at the turn around and the end.
WOD:

200m Med ball run 20/14#

10 Push Press (95/65#)

200m Med ball run

20 KB Swings 53/35#

Cooldown: roll out and stretch
