Strength: Deadlift

WU:  5/5/3 @ 40/50/60% 1RM

Work: 5/5/5+ @ 65/75/85% 1RM

WOD:  5 Rounds

4 Deadlift (85% 1RM)

4 Handstand Pushups

40 Double Unders

Cooldown:  50 Arm haulers, 25 V-ups, Roll and Stretch
