Warmup: ROM drills, 5 handstand push-ups; 10 dips on box, 200m run

WOD:

10 Push press (95/65#)
15 ring dips
20 Double Unders (4x singles)

Work abs
Roll and stretch when finished

Remember there are no Monday morning classes, come to the evening class instead.
