Personal Training is available to those who feel like they need extra practice to master skills. It’s recommended to:
• Teach brand new members (whose schedules keep them from attending the Fundamentals classes) the Fundamental Movements.
• Perfect efficient movements, i.e. Kipping pullups; POSE running, etc.
• Increase strength and improve Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting movements.
• Help new members who are intimidated by a group environment.
