Starting a new training program can be scary! We understand and want to make your transition to fitness as comfortable as possible. Bo encourages all new members to start with the basics. This is a slower-paced class designed to teach the fundamental movements of functional training. Each workout will be scaled to fit your needs, based on your current fitness level. Once you have mastered the movements, you can join the intermediate and/or advanced classes. If timing is an issue, talk with Bo about private sessions…she will catch you up quickly!
